A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (which I originally featured in this post), and received a number of questions about them since then. So many that I figured I’d dive in and give you a detailed review! I’ve also worn them enough now that I feel like I have a good grip on their quality, and a variety of other factors about them, which you’ll see me go more into detail about.

Where did you score your pair?

I ordered mine from Cettire when they had a solid deal going on.

Placed my order https://goldengooseballstar.org on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was lightning fast .

How expensive are they?

Back in April, I found a deal for $385.43 instead of paying the full $513.91.

You can expect to pay between four hundred bucks and seventeen hundred depending on their uniqueness.

How does the sizing run?

They’re true to size in my experience, at least for me.

They haven’t stretched at all, so if you’re in the middle, I’d go up

How comfy are they?

Very comfy, and only took a few hours to break in..

Do they hold up well?

They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the structure feels strong. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.

Do they feel better than other shoes?

These are the best sneakers I own. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose are just on another level. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the shine on mine? Stunning.

Would you buy again?

Yes! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re expensive, so getting them discounted is a better idea. They’re worth the investment, especially if you get a pair you love. I went bold with sparkle, but a neutral version would also look great.

How durable are they?

Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. Nothing has torn, and the shape stayed solid.

Because they already look worn, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
